Larimar Marquise Solitaire Ring in 925 Sterling Silver
A marquise-cut Larimar set east-west, so the stone lies along the finger and looks longer than its actual size. Small zircon run down one shoulder while the other stays plain, an asymmetry that keeps a familiar solitaire shape from feeling predictable.
Larimar is a blue variety of pectolite found in the Dominican Republic. The elongated cut shows the stone's natural drift of turquoise into white in one sweep, and no two pieces carry the same pattern.
At around 2.5 grams it stays slim enough for daily wear while still reading as a proper occasion ring.
In Caribbean and crystal tradition Larimar is associated with the sea and sky, the throat chakra and calm communication. These are traditional associations rather than demonstrated effects.

Care
Larimar is relatively soft at 4.5 to 5 on the Mohs scale, and the points of a marquise cut are its most exposed edges. Remove before swimming, showering and exercise, clean with a soft damp cloth, and store away from harder stones. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and prolonged sunlight.
