Orders & shipping
Where do you ship from?
Our crystals ship directly from our network of carefully selected suppliers at the source — the mining and crystal regions where these stones are found and prepared. Shipping directly from the source is how we're able to offer such a wide variety at accessible prices.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 12–25 business days. Delivery windows can vary depending on customs processing in your country. We always send a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer tracking on orders?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. Please allow 3–5 business days after ordering for your tracking link to activate — it can take a little time to update once the package leaves our supplier.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Customs fees are rare for most orders, but they are possible depending on your country's import rules. Any duties or taxes imposed by your local customs are the buyer's responsibility. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. After that window, your order may already be on its way and we won't be able to intercept it.
Returns & quality
Are your crystals real and natural?
Yes — all of our crystals are genuine, naturally occurring minerals. Because each piece is formed by nature, there will always be slight variations in color, shape, and size. We consider these imperfections part of each stone's unique energy and character. Product photos are representative; your piece may differ slightly.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. The exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective — in that case, we will always make it right. See below for details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@brieandmarie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll make it right with either a replacement or store credit.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package.
First, check around your door, with neighbors, or your building's mail area — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early. If it's still missing after 3 business days, please contact us at info@brieandmarie.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Crystals & care
How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?
There are many beautiful ways to cleanse your crystals — moonlight overnight, smudging with sage or palo santo, sound bathing with a singing bowl, or placing them on a selenite charging plate. To charge them, set an intention and place them in sunlight (briefly — some stones fade in direct sun), on the earth, or near other high-vibration stones like clear quartz or selenite.
Which crystals are safe in water?
Not all crystals are water-safe! Hard stones like clear quartz, amethyst, obsidian, and tiger's eye are generally fine. However, stones like selenite, malachite, pyrite, and celestite should be kept away from water, as they can dissolve, rust, or release harmful minerals. When in doubt, opt for dry cleansing methods.
How do I choose the right crystal for me?
Trust your instincts — often the crystal you're most drawn to is the one you need. You can also choose by intention: rose quartz for love and self-compassion, black tourmaline for protection, citrine for abundance, amethyst for calm and intuition. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your payment details.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are handled through certified secure processors. Your personal and financial information is always protected.
