At Brie & Marie, we're committed to getting your Larimar jewelry to you safely. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volume or holiday periods, processing may take up to 7 business days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Because each piece is individually sourced and fulfilled through our supply partner, please allow the following estimated delivery windows from the date your order ships:

Shipping Rates

International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment partner. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country's customs office upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We're unable to predict these charges in advance, as they vary by country, order value, and local regulations. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before ordering if you have concerns about additional fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to fully update, as international tracking can take longer to populate than domestic tracking. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@brieandmarie.com.

Why Does Shipping Take Longer Than Expected?

Each Larimar piece is individually sourced and fulfilled through our international supply partner rather than shipped from a domestic warehouse. This allows us to offer genuine, ethically sourced Larimar at accessible prices, but it does mean delivery takes longer than typical next-day domestic shipping. We believe the wait is worth it for an authentic, one-of-a-kind piece — and we'll keep you updated with tracking every step of the way.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as this is often a carrier-side delivery issue. If your order hasn't arrived within 40 business days of the ship date, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at info@brieandmarie.com and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are sent to our fulfillment partner for processing immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations, order changes, or address changes once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully — including shipping address, size, and item selection — before completing checkout.

Damaged Items

Larimar is a naturally softer gemstone, and while every piece is carefully packaged, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@brieandmarie.com with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll make it right.
