Order Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final Upon Checkout

Brie & Marie does not accept order cancellations for any reason after checkout is complete.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Can't Cancel Orders

Our products begin processing immediately after your order is placed. Many items are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners, meaning production starts within hours of your purchase. Because of this, cancellations are not operationally possible once an order is submitted.

Before You Order

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review your cart carefully before completing checkout
  • Consult our size guide for all clothing and footwear
  • Read full product descriptions including shipping estimates
  • Confirm your shipping address is correct

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if we make an error — for example, sending the wrong item or a defective product. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
