Refund policy

At Brie & Marie, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your jewelry isn't quite right for you, we're happy to offer a return for store credit.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and in original condition
Be free from damage, scratches, stains, perfume, makeup, or other signs of wear
Include all original packaging and accessories, when applicable
Be returned in a condition suitable for resale

All returns must be approved by Brie & Marie before being shipped back. Please contact us within the 14-day return period to request authorization and return instructions.

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued store credit only. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise amount after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your store credit can be used toward a future purchase from Brie & Marie.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Personalized, customized, or otherwise clearly marked final-sale items are also non-returnable.

If an item is marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brie & Marie cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Important Note About Natural Larimar

Larimar is a natural stone, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Differences in blue tones, white patterns, inclusions, veining, and natural markings are normal characteristics of genuine Larimar and are not considered defects.

These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
