Larimar Oval Engraved Drop Earrings in 925 Sterling Silver

An oval Larimar cabochon sits at the top of each earring, with an engraved sterling silver drop swinging below it. The length does the work: around 33 mm from hook to tip, so they move and catch light with the turn of your head.

Larimar is a blue variety of pectolite found in the Dominican Republic. The two ovals in a pair form separately in the rock, so expect small differences in how the turquoise and white sit across each stone.

Care

Larimar is relatively soft at 4.5 to 5 on the Mohs scale. Remove before swimming and showering, clean with a soft damp cloth, and store in a pouch away from harder stones. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and prolonged sunlight.
