Transit Damages & Quality Issues
We stand fully behind the structural craftsmanship of everything we ship. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a structural defect, please contact our concierge within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and its exterior packaging, and we will immediately make it right with a replacement or store credit.
