- Lie down in a quiet, comfortable space. Place a clear quartz or selenite above the crown of your head (on the floor or pillow, just beyond the top of your head).
- Close your eyes. Breathe slowly and deeply.
- With each inhale, visualize brilliant white or violet light entering through the crown of your head, filling your entire body from top to bottom.
- Release all thoughts. Simply rest in awareness — the witness behind all experience.
- Rest for 15–30 minutes. This is the practice of pure presence.
